POLICY 01

The Deposit Policy
All appointments must be booked through my official website.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount
depends on the treatment booked:

1. Permanent Makeup Treatments & Touch-Ups: £50 deposit
2. Lash Extensions, Lash Lifting, Henna Brows & Other Beauty Services: £15
deposit

Your deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price on the day of your
appointment.

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my Booking
Policies.

POLICY 02
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before your
appointment.

You may reschedule once with sufficient notice. A second reschedule requires a new
deposit.

Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will
result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-shows will result in the immediate loss of your deposit. Any future booking
following a no-show requires full payment in advance.

Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked.

POLICY 03
The Lateness Policy
A maximum of 10 minutes’ lateness can be accommodated.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your
deposit forfeited.

POLICY 04
Appointment Etiquette
Only the person receiving the treatment is permitted in the treatment area.

No companions or children are permitted during your appointment.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. If you arrive earlier, please wait until your
appointment time before entering the treatment area.

POLICY 05
Contraindications & Medical Disclosure

Please disclose the following before your appointment:

• Previous permanent makeup requiring correction or cover-up
• Current or recent illness (cold, flu, infection)
• Antibiotic use
• Active cold sores or herpes on the face
• Diabetes, thyroid issues, or any chronic condition
• Recent use of blood thinners, alcohol, or drugs (within 24 hours)
• Sunbed use within the last 7 days
• Recent brow or lash tinting, waxing, or conditioning within 2 weeks
You cannot receive treatment if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have psoriasis, especially on the face
• There is active inflammation in the treatment area
• You have lash extensions (eyeliner treatments only)
• You have had Botox or aesthetic treatments within the last 4 weeks.

This list is not exhaustive. All medical conditions must be disclosed before booking. I reserve
the right to decline treatment if any condition presents a risk to you or to the result.

POLICY 06

Social Impact Warning
Please plan your appointment accordingly.

Swelling, redness and darker pigmentation may occur for 3-7 days following your treatment.

The colour will appear significantly darker during the first week before gradually
softening and settling over approximately 4 weeks.

Please do not book your appointment if you have a wedding, holiday, work function,
photoshoot or other important event within 14 days of your treatment.

POLICY 07
Follow-Up Appointments
A follow-up appointment is required 6–12 weeks after your initial treatment to complete
and refine your results.

The follow-up must be booked in advance and is treated as a separate appointment with a
separate deposit.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 72 hours before your follow-up will result in
the loss of your deposit.

If the follow-up is not attended, the treatment will be considered incomplete, and concerns
regarding the final result cannot be assessed as part of the complete treatment process.

POLICY 08

Communication During Healing
During the 7-10 day, healing period, please allow your treatment time to heal before
requesting an assessment of your results.

Some patchiness, uneven colour, darker pigmentation and changes in appearance are
completely normal during the healing process. What you see during the first few days is not
your final result.

Your results will be assessed at your follow-up appointment, once the healing process has
progressed.

Please contact me promptly if you experience signs of infection, severe pain, spreading
redness, pus, fever, or any reaction that causes medical concern. For all other concerns,
please allow the healing process to continue until your follow-up appointment.

POLICY 09
Aftercare Instructions
Healing takes approximately 7 to 10 days, with full colour stabilisation at 4 weeks.

During healing, please:

• Avoid direct sun exposure and sunbeds
• Avoid makeup in the treatment area
• Avoid swimming, saunas, and heavy sweating
• Do not touch or pick the treated area
• Do not pick scabs - this is critical for the final result

The colour will appear darker in the first days and will soften as it heals. Missing
areas, patchiness, and small adjustments are addressed at your follow-up.
